Dealer Hours: Thursday & Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 4pm
CONDITIONS OF THE AGREEMENT
Security will be provided from 12:00 Wednesday, November 3, 2021 until Saturday, November 6, 2021 at 4:00 PM ct. Users thereof are
expected to insure themselves against loss therefrom. The undersigned specifically releases Coin-X, their officers and members, and/or
committees, either in their official or individual or personal capacities, by reason of any loss, damage, or injury whatsoever sustained, either
directly or indirectly in connection with the exhibit and or convention. The undersigned further agrees not to sub-lease, rent, or sell the table(s)
to any other persons without written permission from the Coin Show Bourse Chairman.
No refunds will be made unless a table is canceled before October 10, 2021, PAYMENT IN FULL MUST BE MADE BY OCTOBER 10, 2021. If full payment is not made by this date, the reserved table may be sold to somebody else. No refunds of deposit will be made. If there are any changes, please let us know as soon as possible. Please be advised that any change made within 2 weeks of the show are subject to a $25 fee.
